Hi all, I have suffered with endo in the past and had a laparoscopy in October 2017 which did help. I fell pregnant with my daughter at the end of 2020 and all was fine. Since having her I can feel my symptoms returning. I had my coil removed in July 2023 so we could try for baby no2 and I suffered a miscarriage at 5 weeks in September and another miscarriage in December at 10 weeks. Since these miscarriages I’ve had TERRIBLE periods. Leaking through every tampon and pad and the worst pains ever I honestly can’t even stand up sometimes. I am desperate to have another baby and am so worried about endo potentially causing these miscarriages that I’m so scared to fall pregnant again. Advice welcome x

It sounds like you need to allow your body some time to heal. A miscarriage is a trauma on the body and it sounds like your hormones are not balanced if your having heavy periods. I recommend taking a break from TTC and spend a few months focusing on rebalencing your hormones before trying again. I don't know your specific needs but adding magnesium supplements could help with the heavy periods. Also a deep dive into your eating habits and making some changes could really work wonders for your hormones.

This sounds a lot like my story.
Endo removed 2010 fell pregnant with my daughter in 2022 no issues, trying for number 2 for a year, 2 chemical pregnancies and a missed miscarriage had D&C on Friday. Ultrasound showed adenomyosis but not endo. Obgyn who did the surgery reckons she could feel some endo. My progesterone has halved since having my daughter. I definitely feel the fear of continuing TTC again.
