High lipase

What do I do??? My baby refuses to take my frozen milk and I’m realizing I think it is because it has high lipase. How do I get around this??

How long do you pump every couple hours?

I've read that at the start you should pump every 2-3 hours to get a good supply going, how long is that start phase? 2 weeks, 2 months, longer? And would this also include over night as well?
