Ladies sharing cooking recipes

So my husband and I eat a lot of meat or foods that have milk in it one way or another I've been trying to introduce solid foods to my son however he is allergic to cows milk and soy milk and all of the foods I want to be able to try giving him he can't have not yet at least the GI specialist we meet with once every 3-4 months says we can start trying baked milk (things like muffins and bread) when he is just over a year any ideas what I can give my son right now so far we have mainly done fruits and the occasional vegetable

I made this salad and it’s so good! Try it! Spinach, salmon, avocado, glazed walnuts, dried cranberries, Italian dressing. Yummy 😋

Is it ok to feed my daughter noodles most of the time as that’s the only food she seems to ask for all the time now . She is 3 years

I'm a 38 year old single mom who is about to split with the father in October. I have codependency issues so I've never been on my own especially not with a mini me. I say that to say this: please tell me there's hope for me. Her father keeps telling her since your mom can't cook you need to live with me etc. But that's not why I want to learn. I wasn't taught, can't change that. But I can break a cycle and teach my little. Any ideas on where to go, how to start? I'm so self conscious about this.
