B in Postpartum mental health
So I've recently been diagnosed with PPD and I am really struggling. I'm on medication but it doesn't seem to be doing much. I just feel like I'm losing myself and I keep making stupid mistakes. Just wondering how people cope with it? It just seems to be getting worse😭
