Has anyone else found they’re really struggling with their mental health in their third trimester?
I’ve always found it tricky to manage my mental health but at the moment I feel so low that it’s ridiculous and I worry about the effect it’s having on so many areas of my life:
Work
Relationship
Health of my unborn baby
I’ve asked for help and have been referred for therapy but I don’t really even know where to start to explain what I’m feeling.
Anyone else?
