Help!! My twins are almost 17 months old and do not sleep through the night I have tried everything! Sleep routine, white noise, later bed time, evening walks and longer baths nothing works. Any tips

I’m a 33 year old FTM of MoDi twin boys. Recently our lives have been flipped upside down. My fiancé (their father) has been working out of state which leaves me alone with them for nearly a week at a time with him being home 36-48 hours before leaving again. Our boys are currently four and a half months old (adjusted age, three months old) and I have virtually no support where we live. Our families don’t have much to do with either of us and have hardly been around since the twins came home from the NICU in June. I am doing this all on my own while also trying to maintain the house and take care of three dogs (one of which isn’t even ours and was essentially abandoned at our house by his so called friend…). I feel like I am drowning and really could use mom friends that understand what it’s like with multiples. Feel free to comment or even shoot me a message. You don’t have to be nearby.
