Hello everyone! I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I'm experiencing sudden nipple pain on my right side. It hurts even if my t-shirt touches it. I have read that it is common during pregnancy but few articles suggest seeing doctor if the pain is only one side. Did anyone experience same thing?

I have been pumping and feeding my baby and now I have 12 weeks postpartum. My periods started today and suddenly for the past 2 days my milk supply dropped. Breasts feel full but I am not getting letdown . Has anyone experienced this? How many days does it take to settle down ? How to protect the supply ?
