i’d love to play with you!

Im a ftm and dad is a ftd too, and we were heavy gamers up until baby girl arrived (weve been together six years and played games almost daily for almost that entire time). We are both desperately wanting to find a middle ground because we know gaming all night every night with a 3 month old is unrealistic, but we want to find a sense of normalsy again. How are other gamer families finding time to play? Oh and I forgot to mention baby girl has fomo like a mf, and she hates naps because of it 😭

Is this something that will just take time? Like will it get easier as she gets older? Or what can we do?

Any tips and tricks are greatly appreciated for how to find time to play while still being an attentive parent!
