Very freshly postpartum but have a few holidays coming up this year and want to get into working out but would probably benefit from going to a class/group session where I have someone telling me what to do/to shout at me as I literally have no clue and no motivation😂😂 anyone know anywhere good in north Tyneside / Newcastle area?

Hi, my little girl is 2 and a half and currently not very well. She struggles to take calpol neurofen the full lot won’t take a syringe has to pretty much be held down but leads to her being sick because she gets so upset. I’ve tried it in a yogurt, in her juice, so many things and her temp is currently 38.3 just worried as her nappy is also pretty dry and she was very warm this morning when she got into my bed. Any advice please help🫶🏻

Are there any twins mams? Looking for twin mams that can relate, my twins are 21 months old. No one understands how hard it can be, it’s frustrating! Any twin mams who’d like to make friends with another twin mam who’s just about surviving this chaotic journey, bonus on anyone who has an older toddler in tow too! 😂

my midwife said i can walk into the maternity unit at any point to get my rsv and flu vaccines, have any of you done that? is it literally that quick and easy? i’d be going on a saturday
