18 month old not talking

Is anyone else's little one not talking yet or should I be concerned? My 18 month old hasn't said a single word yet just babbles and makes different noises, have spent so much time with him just trying to get him to repeat words to me and reading books to him and things however he's just got no interest at all πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Cow milk

My baby girl just turned one and i was just told i can start giving her cow milk but isn’t there a way to transition without hurting their belly?

And does any mommies here still give formula. I still want to provide baby girl with enough vitamins. Has anyone used the toddler formula?

Teething

12 month old has fever and uncontrollable crying.

I need help. My son (12 months) has had a fever ever since his birthday party yesterday. Last I checked, his fever was 100.4F. I gave him Tylenol, and it seems to have helped with the fever, but he has been crying off and on all night. He's really only sleeping when being held and rocked. I gave him a bottle of formula, and he seems to have calmed down a bit since having it and is now sleeping in daddys arms while being rocked, but he is still a bit irritable if he is put down. I'm not sure if he is just teething or if it is something else. There was quite a bit of balloons and some would pop here and there and we would clean it up of course but I'm not sure if we missed a piece and he ate it or ate something else. I pushed on his tummy, and he didn't seem to be in any pain when I pushed. The only telltale sign is the fever and crying. I'm just wondering if this is just teething, someone got him sick or if he ate something he wasn't supposed to. Any answers help. Thank you!
