Cow milk
My baby girl just turned one and i was just told i can start giving her cow milk but isn’t there a way to transition without hurting their belly?
And does any mommies here still give formula. I still want to provide baby girl with enough vitamins. Has anyone used the toddler formula?

Hiya! My little one is 14 months and we use the toddler formula. We do half and half so he has 8 oz so 4oz milk and 4oz formula. You could always go 1 oz of milk and the other formula if you wanted to do it slower!
My son just turned one also. I’m still giving my son formula before naps and bedtime. We’ve been trying the whole milk but I think he may be allergic. No upset stomach but it does makes him gassy and his stool has changed and it has me concerned.
We introduced it gradually over one month. 25% of their bottle/cup for week 1, then 50% for week 2, then 75% etc
