I’ve just discovered the nub theory and this is my 4th baby. Anyone take a guess?

This picture is from my 20 week scan but when I was at my 16 week they told me they weren’t sure but were leaning towards boy then at my 20 I was told I was having a girl so am so skeptical now could anyone help if they think it’s a boy or girl this is the only pic I have of potty view
