Activities for kids

A couple of questions!

Hey everyone! Hope you’re all okay! Please feel free to message in response to this, you don’t have to comment!

We’ve just come away from our first family weekend in the caravan (we have a touring one). We all had the best time, the site was lovely and we had so much fun! But me and my partner have both said it would be lovely to find another family who are into caravanning or camping - whether it’s camping, caravans, motorhomes, campervans etc that we can meet up with and go on fun adventures with and with little ones for our daughter to play with! She loves children of all ages, she just wants some friends! And as adults we want some friends to do games evenings or barbecues and dinners etc with. Are there any families interested in that kind of thing?

Also, we’re off to Wales for our daughter’s 4th birthday next month, are there any dog friendly, but also family friendly days out? I’ve seen things like the Gruffalo trail etc and we’ve got a day out idea in mind for the day itself, however we’d love some more ideas as we’re not 100% sure. πŸ₯°

If there were a few people who enjoyed this kind of thing, if I created a group would anyone join it? πŸ™ˆ

Picture from our recent trip so we don’t get lost, thank you for reading! 😊

Lightweight summer carriers ?

I’m due 5th may and know I’m going to rely on having baby in a carrier most of the time for work, I run really hot and have an outdoor physical job, so just wondering which lightweight carriers people recommend suitable from newborn. Ideally no wraps etc as I work with horses so needs to be easy on and off, no long bits etc x

Out n about pram

Hi! I’m about to purchase the out and about pram version 4 sport, does anyone else have this and is it still fab for rural walks/on the beach ect? I might be wrong but I think it’s more aimed at runners but it’s the only one I can find second hand for a reasonable price.

Anyone in Scotland?

Hey! I'm a first time mum to a 13 month old, from the East Lothian area but I drive. I love being outdoors and out walking lots usually just with my dog and little one as my pre baby friends have drifted away and I'm struggling to make mum friends and well.... sometimes I do feel a bit lonely out exploring on my own and would love to buddy up with someone also enthusiastic about being outdoors. I don't really get child free time and I tend to be happier with my little one with me anyway so I'm keen to connect with other mums who are into walking, exploring new places etc with their little ones too. Feel free to drop me a message
