Whats happening to my Body and why?

I noticed there wasn't really any groups that want to talk about the "dark sides" of pregnancy and postpartum, the constipation or diarrhea, peeing unexpectedly? Is that hair growing out of a new place?! Lactating where we feel is NOT the place where it's supposed to come out and just UGGHHH what's happening to my body!!?? Made for any mama currently just going through it, horomone or physical changes this group is for it ALL

Postpartum mental health

Crying over changes (your not alone)

I had a whole mental breakdown trying to get ready for my trip tomorrow about my body not being mine and so i cried about how i have to eat more and i was too big to bend down and all these lovely things. How i couldn't control my emotions and I'll cry over food (i then talked about food for a hour) and how I can't even keep my bladder empty and im almost at the diaper stage so i can sneeze without worry. And i sobbed anyway so anyone else feeling like this no you aren't alone and we can be beached whales together

Episiotomy recovery advice :(

I am hoping there is someone out there that has had a positive episiotomy recovery and can provide any advice. I am 7 weeks postpartum and had an episiotomy from forceps delivery. After 4 weeks there was still a lot of pain so got antibiotics from GP which I have now finished. I still have a bit of stinging and it’s so uncomfortable and painful sometimes. Any tips that helped? Thanks!
