I think cava might be better than Chipotle or am I missing another option?

Made myself a personal charcuterie, Sunday’s are for enjoyment.. make yourself something good! As mothers we tend to put our needs last but we gotta be happy too!

Why is it so expensive to eat healthy? Sometimes I just give up but I know my body needs the right food so I can be healthier mommy!

We all know sugar is not good when your trying to eat healthy but me personally I believe diets are not long term, maybe just to jumpstart but to me balance is a better approach to eating healthy.. so I’m enjoying this moment and I’ll cut back tomorrow and have a smoothie and take a walk.. no guilt just love ❤️
