Has anybody had an bad experience on the depo injection? Or had a good experience on it?

I want a non hormonal birth control and it’s between the copper iud & spermicide…the iud is way more effective but I’ve heard it can cause heavy periods & worse cramping. Wondering if there are any other negative side effects I should know about? What has been your experience if you have it?

Mini pill
I have been put on Desogestrel which is a mini pill post birth however for the last 2 weeks I have had constant bleeding with it. It is not heavy enough to call a period but is extremely frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this?

So today I’m 3 weeks postpartum with my second, and I have had the depo contraception injection. This is new to me. Did you get any side effects? And did you get a period? The nurse said the majority of women do not get periods with this injection. Thanks!

Anyone find out they have low PPAP-A and been prescribed aspirin daily? I've just read it on my badger notes, and not really sure what to think of it, or how bad it is. Surely the midwife would have called if really bad, right?
