So my period is supposed to come on Wednesday and I’d say for the past week I’ve been getting hot flashes… I’m 31 years old. I’ve never had hot flashes before my period is due so it feels weird. I have no other symptoms other than just very mild cramps. Do you know what it could mean? Do I need to see a doctor?
How long did you tend to have night sweats for post partum those that had them?
Has anyone experienced chills when using cyclogest? If yes, do you know why and did you try any alternatives? My doctor never experienced it with other patients. My guess is that excessive hormones put a strain on my liver and as I’m struggling with some health issues it reacts this way.
So… I was doing well, slowly but surely, getting some colostrum - more everyday. Not enough to collect but still. However, since yesterday I can barely get microscopic dots - has it happened to anyone else?
Her period is 47 days late but she is nursing heavily. Can this cause a change in period hormones? She took multiple test in February that were negative. She heard that nursing can cause a stop of periods or change in hormones that can cause pauses in periods? She gonna do another test tomorrow.
Has anyone ever dealt with high cortisol levels? If yes, what were your symptoms and how did you go about changing that? I think I may be dealing with this but no one in my personal life really knows much about it .
Was just looking as this month looks like it’s going to be a normal 29-30 days but if anyone else is feeling bad about super irregular cycles I thought this might be funny to share (I mostly don’t know whether to laugh or cry at this point 😅) Ps. Enjoy the 29 day period in December 🫣
I’m new and when I set up my account I didn’t choose menopause because I’m not in menopause, however I’m 46 with grown children and I’m getting moms my kids age in my suggestions. I can’t figure out how to change this to connect with people my age. Anyone know how/where I can do this?
My LO was born august 2023. He was exclusively bf and my periods returned 2 months after. They were a bit all over the place but since the start of the year were fairly consistent. I have now introduced bottles throughout the day so significantly reduced how much I bf however my period now seems to have stopped? I’v...

hi moms, I'm currently pregnant and I keep having hot flashes...DAILYYYYY I'm always hot no matter what...this is my second pregnancy but what do you all do to help with the hot flashes?? I feel like I'm frying in a pan or something 😞
Supplements, schmupplements... 😬 I mean, this is pretty extreme but if you’re using a gazillion supplements cos someone online says you should, please do get those supplements *and you* checked out by a properly qualified healthcare professional with access to your medical history. *NOBODY* needs to be taking…
I had my periods on 9th March and again today on 27th March. On 9th it was quite low but today it started on a heavy note. I’m 35 and quite concerned is this Menopause already? Always had a regular cycle, Never happened before. Is something wrong
I’ve been experiencing quite bad night sweats. I’m still breastfeeding so I presume it’s to do with that from low oestrogen. However it feels like going through menopause especially with all the migraines before my period starts. I was just wondering how common it is or whether it’s just me
9 months PP and the night sweats are real. Has anyone come across anything that helps.
Do we all just have totally unbalanced hormones or something?
Does anyone suffer with PMS and found something that relieves symptoms? Not just physical symptoms, also emotional/mental
I’m experiencing more migraines often especially during my period, I can’t stand it anymore.. it’s every single time I have my cycle 😭😭 does anyone else get them?? What do you do during that time ??
