The break outs are probably being caused by pregnancy hormones. But what your eating & your gut health could be a factor as well. For skin care I wash my face with water in the morning and at night. Then I moisturize with either a natural single ingredients like raw shea butter, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil or I'll mix something together depending on what I think my skin needs. Gently exfoliating your face twice a week. You could make a sugar or baking soda scrub. A clay mask made from bentonite clay and raw apple cider vinegar applied once a week (leave on for 15-20 minutes then rinse off).

I used CBD skin look for (full spectrum CBD products) and vitamin c products

Ooh and Jamaican castor oil! I make a mixture of 3 Tablespoons castor oil and 1 Tablespoon jojoba oil (use could use argan oil). I apply it to my eyelashes & eyebrows every few nights. And 1-2 times a week I'll dampen by hair, add some to my hair & let it sit for the day or overnight. Helps to strengthen & promotes growth.

If you want I can send you a nutrition plan you can follow for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum! I'm a certified holistic nutrition coach. For skin I would recommend avoiding toxic make-up and other products, using a charcoal soap bar for cleaning. For healthy Happy skin I just use blue tansy face serum with vitamin E oil, Blue Tansy EO, frankincense EO, and jojoba oil.
