Sorry for your loss, Chloe. Miscarriage is awful and unfortunately although it’s common it’s hardly spoken about . I suffered a miscarriage too. It hurt deeply both emotionally and physically. Take time to heel and don’t feel like you’re alone. Wishing you all the best going forward. X

I am so sorry for your loss, it's something you never get over and it might be a long time until you feel ready to try again. We had miscarriage in 2019, I still sometimes cry about it now. A few month later I was ready to try again for another baby and now I have a happy and healthy 4 month old.

Take your time to grieve but don't give up hope beautiful ❤❤❤

Chloe, I'm so sorry. It is such a horrible process to go through. I've been through 2 myself. One at 24 weeks and one at 10. One thing a nurse told me after we lost our first that bright me so much reassurance was that for the entire life of our baby, all it knew was love. It sat below my heart and could hear and feel all the excitement I had for it. It really helped to bring me reassurance of losing our precious babies! I hope it brings some peace to you as well.

One other thing that helped me was we not only cremated but, but also named them. We chose names with meanings for us to remember them.

Don't be afraid to reach out, more women than you'd know have gone through this and would love to hear your story. There's also support groups and counseling.... I've been to them all and they are great. Even the women on here are a great support system.

Again, I'm so sorry. Please reach out if you need anything!

I’m so sorry you have had to experience this. It’s the worst thing to have to face.
If it gives you hope, I miscarried in early august and fell pregnant again late September. I’m now 35 weeks and have had a very easy pregnancy with no complications.
You will never forget the feeling of your loss but their is hope for the future 💝💝

Leaking waters?

I’m 35 weeks today wooo but… every morning for the past two weeks I’ve woken up with a palm sized water mark in my pants! - no smell, no pain and unaware of it happening…

I thought it might be leaking waters so got it checked out but the midwife said it was might be urine/watery discharge! - but it’s still happening.. thoughts? 💭🫶🏻

Pelvic girdle pain and birth

I have been experiencing awful pain. More so recently. I'm now using crutches to get around but it's more painful at night and when I lay down or sit down. I'm worried about birthing. I've got other issues and baby boy is estimating 8pounds at 36 weeks. I've been booked in for an induction 9 days prior to my due date. Surely he's going to be even bigger and I just don't feel like I've had any birth discussions in detail really. Ive only seen midwife twice and each time I've seen a consultant it's someone different. Has anyone else experienced awful pelvic pain and birthed a big baby?

Upcoming C-section.

So I’ve decided to go for an elective C-section, I know it’s the right choice after months of deliberating but I’m soooooo nervous.

I’ve had 2 very complicated births. I kinda know what to expect from the recovery as I had an emergency section with my first but I just feel nervous about being awake during it & what it feels like.. I’ve heard they strap your arms down and I’m scared of something going wrong.

I know every experience is different but if you’re happy to share what your elective was like for you (good and bad) id be very grateful. I feel really unprepared!

32 weeks baby weight

What has everyone’s baby weighed around 32 weeks? Just came out scan and they estimated about 4lb 11oz that normal?

Elective C-section.

Anyone still undecided on what delivery you want?

Ive had 2 awful births so I thought an elective would be the only way to take some control but I’m sooo nervous about having one. The recovery with a small child is gonna be hard & I’m scared of getting an infection or bleeding out on the operating table 😩

Why is it such a hard decision? I keep going over the pros and cons of each but still can’t decide, I’ve spoken to midwives/consultants/friends… nothing is helping..
