Maternity clothes

Thought this info might help some ladies. I've bought some maternity clothes from a few different places. Boohoo - do not waste your money, the leggings are SUPER see through, none of the clothes fit properly, either to big or too small for the bump area, mostly too small and my bump is pretty small.
Dunnes Stores- they do a good range, online tho, tops are great, jeans are good a bit tight, leggings are not so great, their more like tights with holes for feet, and see through.
Pennys- hard to find a store with the maternity range, I've only bought a pair of jeans because everything else was in bigger sizes, jeans are really good, I did have to cut a slit at the band because it was a bit tight but other then that fit perfect. I looked at the leggings and they where pretty see through.
H&M - the best place I've found for maternity clothes so far, jeans are awsome fit. A really large range. Leggings are see through but the best quality I've found so far.
Hopefully this helps someone. If anyone knows where the best place to get maternity leggings is that are good quality please let me know.

I second that, Asos has some good stuff, i wasn't lucky with the jeans but other items were good. Shein has also some nice summery maternity clothes and the fit is good

Best place I found for leggins was 100% Asos 🙌🏼 and they’re so cheap too… plus they do regular or tall etc

Seraphine dungarees are amazing!! Lived in mine & they are super soft, stretchy and comfy with buttons to expand as your bump grows! Got a dress from there too which is very French, beautifully cut. Little pricier but great quality and keep an eye out online for regular discounts. H&M maternity jeans were good and they do great baby clothes. Zip up baby grows 🙌🙌

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
