I had a tubal ligation about 4 years ago. Has anyone else experienced this? I have hot flashes, night sweats, irregular periods and insomnia.

Yes ma'am! I'm in the same boat. Not sure if it's pre-menopause or not though... If it is I may cry and eat my feelings all at the same time!

Yes the same over here. It's been 5 years for me and it sucks

Whew yes!! I'm 36 I had a tubal ligation in May and I thought I was loosing it I'm always hot and no one else in the house is and its worse at night. My period is late right now and I'm like okayyy what's going on?! Every night I wake multiple times and I cant even fall asleep until 1 or 2 🤦♀️😔 ughh helppp

Now isn’t it some shit before getting the tuba done that my doctor never warned me about!? Matter of fact when I asked her about it she made
Me seem like I was crazy for even suggesting it could be connected.

And maybe I just have it all wrong but I can’t help but compare myself to a friend that had her period up into her 50’s! And finally hit menopause a short time after by 60. I remember she was still on birth control at 45.

I’m 29, and I’m going through menopause. I had a partial hysterectomy last year in the hope it wouldn’t send me into menopause yet but I went straight into it. The sweats, hot flashes, insomnia, emotions all over the place weight gain, hair loss… It’s awful.

I had a tubal ligation. Worst thing ever. Now have to go for ablation surgery.

Yes I'm 31 and I have Fibromyalgia and PCOS and they cause me to have premenopausal symptoms and I've also had a ablation done twice and it only worked for two years and a tubal ligation , I have a history of cancer so unfortunately next step is hysterectomy .

My mom started taking this supplement called vitalize which helps out ur hormones back n order. She said it's helped with the hot flashes as well.

Hello ladies. Have a look at the new(ish) group on perimenopause and menopause, called M-Brace The Change. Lots of useful info, symptom tracker, and a guide on what to say to your Dr if they're refusing to listen to your concerns. I hit meno early 30s. Sx
