Did your cycle length shorten before menopause?

Hey Dana 🙂 cycle changes are often one of the first flags that you're moving into perimenopause. I didn't have periods (yay!)thanks to my Mirena coil, so had to go.on other symptoms.

Your cycle might go totally haywire along the journey to actual menopause,longer, shorter, lighter heavier...

I think that's one of the big pluses of the Mirena coil. No periods jumping out and yelling SURPRIIIISE!! 😁❤

Yes my cycle has shortened..
Interestingly ,my otherwise short cycle got delayed by 15 days once every year for last two years .
The only silver lining was that the delay happened both years in March during our annual vacation ...
So while I had to carry my stuff with me, I never really had to use it during our vacations....voila
