I would recommend just speaking to a professional. I reached out to my doctors and they referred me to the mental health team. There is no point struggling alone and the team will be able to tell you if it is PPD🤍

For me I just knew because it was like a regular depression but x100. A hopelessness and sad feeling 24/7.
