Last month was 42 days, this cycle is 44 days and counting. My cycle used to be 25-27 days. I’m not pregnant. Any ideas why this is suddenly happening? Should I contact my gyno?

I'm in the same boat right now! I've also been having a weird pain! I'm gonna call my OB and make an appointment!

I have PMOS which causes long cycles, mine are about 35-40 days

I don’t know if it’s just me but ever since having my little boy I feel like my body just cannot regulate my temperature well. I feel SO hot all of a sudden. It’s what I image it must be like to have a hot flush when you’re menopausal.
It’s horrible and I feel like I need to go and sit in the garden and wait for a breeze 😭
I never had this before having my little one and was just wondering if it’s something other people had too, or if it was just me!

Maybe tmi or weird?
But I’m 4m pp. My armpits never stink. All of a sudden they do. It’s only when I’m sweating and I tried reapplying my deodorant but I feel like it never helps. Any advice? Any deodorant recommendations?

Am I too young to be starting perimenopause. My mom and two of her sisters went through theirs early. And I'm about to be 31. I'm having so many symptoms. Hot and cold flashes. Smelling cigarette smoke and there isn't any. Brain fog at its worst. I need advice. Should I talk to my doctor about me possibly being in perimenopause?

Be honest—why is it so hard to put your phone down?
Is it boredom, endless scrolling, notifications, FOMO, or just a habit you can’t seem to break?
What’s the #1 thing that keeps you coming back?
I’d genuinely love to hear your experiences. 👇
