Can’t seem to regulate body temperature

I don’t know if it’s just me but ever since having my little boy I feel like my body just cannot regulate my temperature well. I feel SO hot all of a sudden. It’s what I image it must be like to have a hot flush when you’re menopausal.
It’s horrible and I feel like I need to go and sit in the garden and wait for a breeze 😭

I never had this before having my little one and was just wondering if it’s something other people had too, or if it was just me!

Pp hormones

Maybe tmi or weird?
But I’m 4m pp. My armpits never stink. All of a sudden they do. It’s only when I’m sweating and I tried reapplying my deodorant but I feel like it never helps. Any advice? Any deodorant recommendations?

Perimenopause

Am I too young to be starting perimenopause. My mom and two of her sisters went through theirs early. And I'm about to be 31. I'm having so many symptoms. Hot and cold flashes. Smelling cigarette smoke and there isn't any. Brain fog at its worst. I need advice. Should I talk to my doctor about me possibly being in perimenopause?

Opinions?

Period due today but I have super irregular periods anyway, I’m on birth control and I get a period every two weeks so wondering if this could be positive due to hormones being out of whack

Period yet?..

I had my baby 31st May and breast fed for about 4-6 weeks. I havent had a period yet... is this normal? I thought it was but the Dr seemed suprised. I was getting hot flashes also which I thought was due to the hormone fluctuations of stopping breast feeding but now I'm starting to wonder if I'm menopausing or am I being dramatic. I spoke to a friend who gave birth 2 weeks before me and she's had 2 periods already... my neighbour said she gave birth and went straight into menopause.

For context I'm 40 and had a C section. My period was irregular before I got pregnant

GP rant

Does anyone else seem to have issues with GPs? Every time I go to the doctors I just feel fobbed off. I've been to different doctors, male and female, for different issues and just never seem to get anywhere. Its always chalked up to stress or essentially in my head without listening to what I'm saying. Thats the thing that stresses me out!! Today I was told that breastfeeding doesn't affect your estrogen or hormone levels... am I being stupid here?
