Where is your baby sleeping?

I was surprised the MOC book recommends the baby sleep in their own room from the beginning. This is the opposite of the "mainstream" recommendation and what other moms say (ie. 6 months in parents room). However, our LO is LOUD and my husband would love to move him to the nursery. Even our pediatrician says it's okay to move him but I'm the road block. Curious what other MOC followers are doing?

Hey Ashley, I moved my little one to his crib at 8 weeks. So far he does pretty well. My dilemma is that now at 12 weeks I want to sleep train him, and I’m not sure if I should go cold turkey or do the gradual every 5 mins method

We tried doing bqby in the room with us but he transitioned himself to his nursery at about a month old. We live in a very old house with lots of temperature fluctuations. His nursery has the most stsble temperature so i think he was just more comfortable there. The biggest risk is items in the crib like blankets or tummy sleeping. In the parents room is an extra precaution but as long as you have a reliable monitor with the volume all the way up everything should be ok

We are trying to get our 7 week old to sleep in the nursery. So far he naps there and we put him down at night there but sometimes he refuses but when he doesnt he sleeps there by himself from 9pm to 3am. As long as the room is temp controlled, crib is empty with just a sheet and he is in a sleepsack or swaddle you should be fine. Have a good monitor and sleep with it right next to you with volume all the way up.

Daily training- good progress

Daddy got the baby for the whole day yesterday and somehow did all 5 activities from the daily plan 🤣
She came back to me at bedtime fully ruined in the best way — passed out by 7pm, slept through the night, didn’t make a single peep until 6am.
Praying he keeps this up because mama needs another night like that 💜

Any tips on how to get my 6 month old to sleep in her crib?

Her crib is in the same room as us, but she has been bed sharing with us since she was about a month old.

Am I alone?

Moms…
My son will be 2 months old in a few weeks. With the early wake ups, long wake stretches with crying most of the time…
I am starting to have the feeling that I don’t even enjoy holding him. I thought I dodged PPD this time around but I feel like it’s creeping up on me. This isn’t my first kid and this babies cry is almost like nails on a chalkboard to me. Am I alone?
Does anyone have any tips to get longer stretches of sleep through the night. I feel like that is a big factor.

He will go to bed around 11:30. Wake up at 4ish and stay away till 8 and then take a nap. I’m tireddddddddd
Help!

Formula fed babies

My little one is 12 days old and already feeding around 90ml each feed. Is this normal? It seems a lot & I’m worried I’m over feeding her but if I give her less she’s still rooting and gets upset. Thanks🤍

Such thing as a 9 month sleep regression?

I don’t know what’s happening or if I’m doing something wrong but out of nowhere my baby’s sleep schedule and routine has become SO inconsistent and we don’t know if he’s gonna be up every 1-2 hours or sleep through the night perfect. He’s been fighting naps harder than ever before like clawing screaming arching until I give up and just try again later, despite the fact that I KNOW he’s tired from his own cues, and I’m just at a loss. I feel like I’m doing something wrong and idk how to help him. It wasn’t like this he used to sleep great and put himself to sleep for naps. And now it’s the complete opposite.
