Sex during pregnancy

I just had sex with my husband and had the biggest orgasm I’ve ever had and I started to have minor contractions but they went away. He’s 10 inches, could he have hurt the baby when I was riding him? Sorry for tmi, just worried about my baby.

I was told it’d hurt you before hurting baby.

Orgasms can bring on contractions. Idk how far along you are, but either way, if they don't go away, or if they get worse, call your doctor. Be honest about what brought it on. They've heard it all before lol.

Should be fine. And enjoy it!!!

I would only worry personally if I had a high risk pregnancy or if contractions were progressing. But my babies never gave me any contractions and were induced near 42 weeks with no sign of dilation or anything.

No I think that’s normal. Orgasms can be way more intense when pregnant. Just ask your doc if you’re concerned, especially considering how far along you are.

ahh your lucky...but no way will it reach baby...

Orgasms are a way to bring on labor because they cause contractions, so just be careful I'm sure baby is fine

Baby is perfectly safe

Sex when pregnant can be way more intense because of the blood flow to your genitals increases.

No he can't hurt the baby, but the oxytocin will trigger contractions. Braxton hicks are usually what you'll get, but it can trigger labor when your far enough along. If you are wanting to start labor then sex is a great way to get things going. Also I have heard having regular sex and doing parental massage can help keep you from tearing in labor.

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Braxton hicks

I’m currently 34 weeks and have been experiencing braxton hicks for the past few weeks however have been having cramps almost like very strong period cramps In my lower stomach. I’ve mentioned this to my midwife and she only really asked if I’d been keeping hydrated and taking my vitamins which I am but didn’t really proceed to tell me if this was normal or related to braxton hicks also, has anyone else experienced this?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Little girl turning herself sideways in next to me

My little girl tonight, has spun herself so she is lying sideways in her next to me, making me panic!

Is this normal at 4.5 months, do I just lie her back normally/vertically?
