Has anyone had a difficult experience at this hospital?

So sorry to hear that! My experience was overall really good. The labour nurses and OB were phenomenal. Our post-part nurse was alright, but not a problem. What is Danielle’s title? Maybe reach out to someone else in the same department?

Sorry! I’m just seeing this now! I had the same experience! With Danielle, I have to say she is not the best to deal with…. I kept emailing and following up (I didn’t want to talk to her as I wanted everything in writing) FINALLY…. After they reviewed my complaint about the doctor, I had a formal meeting with the Chief of the department, Danielle, the doctor, and one other lady…. Keep trying let her know by following up that you are not going to be silent

I had a midwife but definitely had a terrible experience with the triage nurse there lol

I had a pretty bad experience as well 😅 the post partum nurses were fantastic, it was everything before the birth that was just awful 😖!!!

@Jennifer sorry to hear lady, it’s hard to deal with difficulties when you are going through labour pains and things … what happened that was challenging?

The only challenging thing for me that happened there is my nurse didn't believe I was having contractions!!! Went in the morning after my water broke, my heart rate ended being way too high and stressing out baby so they put some pitocin into me when I was about 2-3 cm.i had asked for an epidural 3 times and didn't get checked to see how dialed I was again till I said I felt like I needed to push, then I was already 10 cm hahaha
