I found cutting out caffeine really helped to reduce the night sweats and I sleep much better.

I listen to stories on headspace or YouTube… sometimes helps

I've got a doc appointment later to discuss Hrt, anxiety and low mood meds, something to get out of this rut πŸ™„

doctor wouldn't discuss Hrt before blood tests are done. So at least another few weeks of hell before results back. He did change my pain meds for back problem which should help me get some sleep in the mean time 🀞🏻
Will give me time to read up on Hrt I suppose πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
