Abs shot?

I’m just now getting back into working out after almost a year of having my baby. Y’all! I have zero ab muscles and I feel so defeated because work outs are so much harder. Tomorrow though I’m hoping to go to the gym and not do a home work out so maybe I’ll feel a little more motivated! How did you guys tighten up the abs and get back to the workout world?

Girl same page. Physical going to the gym definitely helped me feel more motivated. Take your time don’t rush or over work yourself. Trust me my first time back stayed only 30mins but your going to feel so much better if you put your mind and go!
