The Sun Card

Long story short, my husband and I stopped TTC for a while (personal things going on, not because we don't want a baby). I found out someone close to me unexpectedly fell pregnant which was really hard for me to hear..... since then, I've been seeing the sun card and sunflowers everywhere. Just before I found out I'd been seeing and hearing the name my husband and I have chosen if we have a daughter... I'm not sure if I'm seeing the sun because of the pregnancy of this other person or perhaps as an indicator that I should TTC again and will fall pregnant or some other reason... does anyone have any insight to share around this? I also was seeing crows for a good 18 months but recently that has changed to peacocks.... not sure if that is also linked to all of this?
