No period

Hi girls so im 9 weeks postpartum today and still no period. I had brown discharge and a trace of blood but that is all. Anyone else like this?

I’m 12 weeks pp on Friday and no sign of mine at all and I’m formula feeding 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve even done pregnancy tests and they’re all negative
