Summer baby essentials list… help!😊
I’m due at the end of July and haven’t prepared much so far, does anyone have an essentials list or have any recommendations of what to buy for the baby? I’ve only got the basics like travel system, furniture for the nursery and some clothes! I have no clue where to start lol! Is there anything to buy specifically for summer which would be helpful! Any advice is appreciated 🥰

Summer sleeping bags :) tog 1 to 1,5 maybe ? I have my baby coming end of July too so I started to prepare a bit. For the moment as essential I have : a bit of nappies size 1-2, some wipes and square cotton / liniment. I have some clothes (the ones recommended by maternity), pram, auto seat, bedside crib and changing mat. I bought just in case 2-3 bottles if I cannot breastfeed and I also bought 3 bottles already prepared milk if I really struggle and need to feed her. But it's just in case of emergency if during the night I couldn't feed her. I will ask a midwife about it. I have a baby bath - but not urgent to have and I have a nappy bin because I will need to change my baby in my living room. Everything is second hand except hygiene stuffs (I collected free nappies from the neighborhood with the app Olio).
I've just bought, loads of baby vest, baby grows and little summer outfits I'm due end of July early August x
How about making a list for your hospital bag. I'm due in July and that's my next thing to do.

I got a harness so I can carry my baby on me. Get a room thermometer so you can keep an eye if the room your baby is in gets to hot. Xx
I’ve bought a small fan that I’m going to pop in the nursery, doubles as white noise machine and should keep the room at a good temperature with it being summer. I’m due early July and the house is already pretty hot 🥵 other than that just baby grows and sleep suits. Got some swaddle blankets from Amazon which are quite thin and velcro so will hopefully help her not to get too warm in the night… x
I’ve got pram/carrycot, sun umbrella, car seat & base, next to me crib for the bedroom, Clair de lune crib for the living room, Chicco baby chair for anywhere, baby gym/mat, dock-a-tot to lay on the sofa with us, Muslins and safety pins for shade, primark very thin linen outfits etc.
