Vacation.

Alright ladies, need advice on what to pack and how many diapers to take on an all exclusive getaway. My daughter is 14 months. Looking for advice on meds to bring, how to combat the joys of flying with a toddler, sleeps and naps.

I would pack to 7 diapers daily. I feel like this is a safe number to cover the morning change, a few possible poops and extra changes due to being in and out of water and putting a fresh diaper on and the pre-bed change. I bring a small medical kit that consists of thermometer, infant tylonel, Benadryl, sunscreen, cream that would work for a bit of a sunburn, polyesporin and bandaide. Bring a few packs of extra wipes. You’ll use waaaaay more than typical everywhere since you won’t have a sink that handy for hand washing and washing up. You’ll use them to clean off tables, airplanes, sand off their hands before a snack, etc. As for flying, lots of smaller toys and try to pick out a few new ones specifically for the flight that have not been seen or played with. Exhaust play with one before bringing out a new surprise. Small snacks (think puffs) fed one by one to extend onboard snack time. Nursing or bottle at take off & landing and anytime to calm down! Good luck!
