Hi ladies, I’m really struggling to brush my 18 month olds teeth lately! She’s at that super independent stage where she wants to do everything herself 😤 I’ve tried using a mirror, brushing mine at the same time. No joy! PH nurse suggested just giving her the toothbrush, but she just sucks on it for about 5 seconds and flings it on the floor 🙈. Any tips or advice most welcome x

I have no advice, just exactly we have the same. I am more and more worried about my little boy 's teeth...when I tell him to brush, he is just shaking his head :) we also tried together and watching some cartoon about brushing, he is just not convinced :)

Worst thing is my little girl used to love having her teeth brushed, now that she’s becoming independent I can’t get near her 🙈 We’ll just persevere and hope they become more tolerant 😊x

Hi, I recently bought a light up Paw Patrol toothbrush in Penneys and my toddler seems to like brushing his teeth now. They also had Peppa Pig. Don’t know how long it will last but I will take it!
