38-year-old in early menopause

Has anyone used the estrogen patch?

My doctor told me that I should use it otherwise I will have issues in the future with bone density.

Is that something you have heard as well?

Have you had any blood work done on your hormones? I work in a drs office and women who think they're going into menopause we tested there hormone levels..I would get your tested to see where they are

I went through menopause at 29 years old and now have a 9 month old at 34 years old. I take elleste duet tablets to relieve my symptoms but they are mainly fatigue & lack of energy. Being on these certainly help

I was Dx with menopause at 38. My T levels were 14. I did testosterone injections for 1 year. Every 10 days on the strongest dose.
My T levels only increased to 50.

I changed docs and did the Pellets for 3 rotations. My levels never increased.
So I took a 3 month break and went back to injections. I tested and they said it would even register above 5. 😓 so I did injections for 6 weeks.
Messed me up so I quit all together.
Waited about 3 months and went to an endocrinologist who did a full DHARMA blood draw. And told me I had (I forget what crap illness) and told me to take Spirinolectine. Googled it - it’s a water pill.
Learned my body does NOT synthesize medications. Which is why I wasted $7000 on injections pellets and blood work for 3 years.

So now I don’t take anything.
I got into fitness and nutrition. Became a Master Fitness Trainer. Studied Nutrition. I learned what foods to avoid. Foods to help.

I am in control of my menopause!

How'd you know you were in menopause?

the way your body feels. I was having hot flashes. Memory lapses. No periods. Saw a doctor. Blood work. Typical sign is low FSH
