Thank you, it's awful that always use so much chemicals in their products and it's causing women gynecology issues. I'm bleeding very very heavy and clotting and research has shown that always mess with their products to make us bleed more

It has been known that using cloth pads and reusable period products make us bleed less, I don’t know how it works exactly but the amount of feedback saying the same thing on my FB crunchy groups lots of women say that. I swap from generic brand cloth pads (probably not the most ethical, but I also have 2 teen girls to buy for so I can’t afford all wahm stuff) and period undies (Bonds, overnight flow) and the cup. The cup I use TOM brand, mainly as an “emergency” in the car if I’m caught out while on the go but at home I usually use the cloth pads and period undies. I even used the period undies for PP bleeding I don’t buy any disposable products if I can avoid it.

I use cloth pads, been using them for year's and I love them, I feel cleaner using them and I don't get any reaction unlike disposable pads.

I use silicone cups and cloth pads that snap behind undies when necessary. I've been using this combo for a long time and I like avoiding plastic pads against my skin and so much disposable products.
