Nappies at nighttime

My little girl is 3 and still in a nappy at night. She’s mainly dry most nights but haven’t yet felt comfortable enough to take them away.
The last couple of weeks she started to pull them off in the night and wet the bed. Does anybody have any experience of this?
You’ll need to buy some waterproof pads for the bed, around 3 is good. Not the fitted ones. No blankets or just a very thin one if needed and make sure she’s warm. It sounds like it’s time she’s wanting the nappy off. Pee her before bed, and dream pee her if you sleep late, and one straight away in the morning.
