When I had covid I was told that I wasn’t allowed to have anything with decongestant in it, unfortunately! The best I could do is take two tylenol every 6 hours, vicks vapor rub, and hot tea.

I've been taking Tylenol non stop and it hasn't helped this whole time 😩 what tea did you drink? I'll have to pick some up!

My doctor gave me a list that said you can take Sudafed when you get into your 2nd trimester!

did you contact your provider? You can get a medication list so you know what is safe for you to take rn.

My midwife told me when I had covid I could put Vicks chest rub in a bowl and pour boiling water over it and breathe in the vapor to relief congestion.

I'm gonna call tomorrow to be safe before I take anything. I'm confused on which sudafed I can have lol
