I’m new in the area and I have a lot of anxiety about the gyno. So recommendations and any type of story would be appreciated. Even if it’s just to tell me who NOT to go to.

I absolutely love Dr. Reynolds at UH, but she is retiring in may :(

A little late to the game here, but Women’s Health Group in Tallmadge is fantastic! I see Dr. Jaclyn Flickinger, but all doctors there are so kind and willing to answer even what seem like crazy questions. I used their after hours number a lot when pregnant! A lot of the doctors are men, though, so if that makes you uncomfortable that’s the one downside.

Maybe you've found one you love already by now, but I can't recommend Dr. Banerjee more highly! She's at UH in Streetsboro. She's so warm and patient, always taking the time to answer all my questions and she's extremely comforting whenever I'm anxious about one thing or another. And she's pretty funny, which is a great bonus!

I've seen Dr. Homafar at UH in Kent for my first baby, and Dr. Bagley at Cleveland Clinic in Twinsburg for my 2nd (and soon to be 3rd). I'd recommend either!
The only reason I switched OB's was due to the nursing staff in the labor and delivery ward at UH Portage (which is now closed... for good reason).
