The amount of junk I've been eating is too much...I feel so so bad but I also do not find the time to cook most of the time during the day and I end up ordering crap. I'm also constantly hungry so I just eat whatever and I'm breastfeeding
Anybody relate? Any tips?

I can totally relate… I’ve been eating crap 😵💫

I just haven’t been eating 😂I’ll have my tea at the end of the day after I’ve put the baby to bed n that’s it

I’m breastfeeding too and I try to stock up on healthy snacks (like healthy muesli or nut bars, all sorts of nuts, dried fruit and also lots of fresh fruit) and microwaveable food (like soups and ready meals) so I don’t end up binging on chocolates and crisps!
I also have protein shakes/meal replacement drinks (I got mine from the brand Garden of Life) and I take them as a snack whenever I’m hungry. I only cook when my husband is home from work to watch baby!

I eat a lot of junk during the day but most evenings have a healthy dinner as my husband cooks (we get takeaways once/twice a week) I eat a healthy lunch too but in between it's mostly chocolate and crisps

Mostly living off coffee (gone cold of course) and chocolate biscuits!

we hardly cook😂 trying to find time seems impossible at the moment haha

My diet is horrendous! I try to have healthy dinners when my partner gets in but through the day it’s so hard to find time to eat that if I eat anything at all it’s snacks - mostly chocolate or crisps!
