Postpartum mental health

Very emotional toddler

My little girl is so emotional and this has been going on now for a good few weeks. She seems exhausted as soon as she opens her eyes, very touch and go and the slightest thing can set her off and then she needs reassurrance/cuddles and a good cry before she's suddenly back to normal. Is anyone else's little girl going through some sort of development stage?

Most days she's happy and bouncy and fun but she seems exhausted from the moment she wakes up but pushes through to try and have fun with her day. This morning she was in tears about going to nursery and has been saying her legs and knees are tired for days now everytime we try to go out anywhere and I'm not sure if she is actually hurting or just needs a good rest. She only goes to nursery for three days a week and loves going usually, all she could tell me about why she was so upset is that today her best friend isn't there but this usually isn't an issue.

Really can't figure out what is going on with her and it's worrying to see her so up and down all of the time

Parties & celebrations

Birthday party

I’ve been thinking about my daughters birthday party but I’m struggling to even make a decision about when to do it. I’d love to invite some friends from nursery but her birthday is right in the middle of August so parents forgetting and not coming is high which I don’t blame them haha. She’ll be turning 4. Has anyone got any ideas on the best way to do this?

Baby loss

When does this hell end….

We missed the terrible twos so I feel lucky in that respect. But wow… I’m exhausted and hanging on by a thread. The last 3 months have been nothing but bad sleeping, hitting, screaming and just generally awful behaviour. Nursery is a welcome break, where of course, they are an angel. I know children go through phases but I can’t seem to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Im lucky that I have a partner who helps.

Night nappies

My little one wears nappies at night but seems to be making her thighs red and uncomfortable, where the nappy appears to be rubbing. Can anyone recommend a thin night nappy that won’t leak? Thank you
