So after being with my Narc for 27 years, (married 25) I finally got the courage and had him removed from our home. There is ALOT of backstory to us but, I was with him from age 22-49. I have so much trauma to heal from but I have a lot of support from our kids. All grown now, 2 still living at home… they’re my biggest supporters. I never thought I would get out, but I did….starting down the long road to divorce. He of course is bucking every step of the way. But at least my house is calm and I can relax and figure out who I am again. You can do it ladies, I did. ❤️

When I left my ex narc it was the absolute most freeing thing I have ever experienced. Life is so beautiful now.

Thank you so much! I have alllllll of the feelings, Im happy, scared, eager and curious. My god, I had lunch with a gf last weekend and knowing I wasn’t gonna get the silent treatment when I got home was just amazing!! No nasty txt messages or calls while I was out. How nice.
He can’t contact me, I have a restraining order. Everything has to go through attorneys. ❤️❤️❤️

good for you ❤️ embrace all those feeling ❤️ you’re going to meet a you you never thought existed ❤️

I celebrate you 🥳 🎉🎊 welcome to the healing path. You are at the right place at the right time.
It will be bumpy but it is worth it!!

Holy shit!

ladies, I can’t explain how I feel now. I feel like I can just exhale. I have chosen to ignore and rise above him and his lies instead of seeking what he maybe saying or what he may be doing. I know that everyone will realize my truth one day, time will tell my story.
Let my healing begin!! 😘🎉🎊

I am sorry that you went through all of this! Omg. Stay strong girl!!!
