Heartburn and baby hair 👶🏼

Both heartburn and they both had a fair bit of hair!! Haha x

Neah... I've got heartburns from the beginning to the end... My baby was almost bald 🙄

My heartburn and acid reflux was terrible and my little girl was born with loads of hair and i never believed the old wives tale..i do now however🤣 x

Yesssss!!!!!It is!!! Had heartburn throughout all pregnancy and my baby came out with a full head of hair!
Plus there’s a scientific explanation after this…so the hormones responsible for hair growth also give heartburn🤷🏻‍♀️😂

I had it and baby had so much hair and didn’t lose any she now has full head of curls but I always think it’s coincidence 😂

I had no heartburn at all and had 2 babies born with hair, my eldest had loads!

I had really bad heartburn and honestly he did had an headfull of hair, but it wasn't that many 😅

I had really bad heartburn towards the end of 2nd trimester and all throughout the 3rd and by baby was born with barley any hair!

This is apparently scientifically backed up now, so no longer an Old Wives Tale! Apparently the same hormone that gives you heartburn also contributes to LO hair growth!

I had sooooo much heartburn throughout my pregnancy. By the end I was sleeping pretty much completely upright and I went through at least 1 Costco size bottle of tums. My baby did actually have hair which I was surprised by because both myself and my partner were bald as babies. It wasn't a ton of hair but there definitely was some!

My mum had terribly bad heartburn when she was pregnant with me and my sister and we were both born with no hair 😂

I had lots of heartburn and never suffered from it before and baby had lots of hair and hasn't lost it either. So I suppose the tale was right with me

I had really bad acid reflux - so bad it gave me an asthma attack 😬 my daughter had loads of hair, but all babies in my family have hair so maybe not related. I like to think I "earned" it 😂

These pictures are so freaking adorable! I have the WORST heartburn I could ever imagine and I’m just picturing my little son coming out with a full head of hair. It’s scientifically backed that the same hormone which causes heartburn also causes hair growth. Either way I’ll love him to pieces but just wanted to say how cute everyone’s babies look!

My heartburn was awful while pregnant but he didn’t have A LOT of hair like I thought he should have based on my heartburn. He had average amount of hair I would say.

I didn’t believe it but I had horrendous heartburn and my boy was born with loads of hair, you could even see it on the scans!

Lots of heartburns and yes, hairy baby (not too hairy but still)

Severe heart burn is apart of pregnancy regardless cause of your stomach being pushed on and hormones raging

As for me I couldn’t tell because I always have pretty bad acid reflux so when the baby got bigger I had to take omerprazole and now I’m more daring than ever with my diet lol I’ll eat hot chips and not bat an eyes ITS THE BEST 🥰

Maybe the ladies who had babies with lots of hair and no heartburn, their babies had hair due to genetics? Me and my sister came out with lots of hair. My mum is Japanese (we’re half Japanese) and she said it’s normal in Japan for kids to be born with hair. I don’t know, just a theory?

I had acid reflux not heartburn and he was born w normal hair. But because I shaved it at 2m, by the time he turned 1 he had a huge headful of 2in hair. Thanks to me shaving it, there was no hair loss/shedding stage.

1st baby, almost no heartburn. Hardly any hair but some

2nd baby heartburn so bad I ate time like candy and slept on the couch with my head elevated for the last 3 months, full heat of snuggly hair

Yes! I had horrid acid reflux during near enough my whole pregnancy and my little man had lots and lots of hair!
