Is it ok to orgasm at 5 weeks pregnant IVF?

Wasn’t through intercourse but now I’m paranoid I’ve screwed up.

my doctor said it was ok🙂 they just said to avoid intercourse because of something about the semen but everything else is ok. at the 7week appointment with the heartbeat we are told everything’s back on the table

thank you! I’m just so paranoid. I have my first scan this Thursday. I wanted to wait but just didn’t end up that way.

I hope so!! But I’ll know for sure tomorrow after my appointment, I was asked to abstain from sex but I’ve noticed that even just being aroused it causes slight cramping that worries me about even reaching orgasm

no problem! you can message your doctor too so you don’t have to stress until thursday but yeah they said orgasms are completely fine (i had a few as well and everything looked good at my scan today)

I bet it's not a huge deal but my clinic said no intercourse and no orgasms until fetal heartbeat is found

Ugh I wish I had waited 😭 my clinic just didn’t say anything. They said no intercourse for 2 weeks after transfer and just advised on my meds.

My Dr says it’s okay after heart beat but there is a doctor at my clinic that tells his patients they can have sex after 3 days of transfer so I don’t think it’s tooo big a deal. Fingers crossed things stay good!

Are there areas of your house you don't let your kids go?

I'm having trouble aligning with my husband on household boundaries with our toddlers. We have no attic. We have an autistic teen whose room is on the top floor. His room is very spacious and stores Xmas decorations and out of season clothes.

To me, it seems like a space that can easily be boundaried off from the younger kids. My husband however, is inconsistent. So the kids get confused about whether they're actually allowed up there or not. They go and wake him up sometimes just to get a toy that doesn't belong to them. He seems to think it's a rule for the sake of a rule, but I find it convenient to have a place I can hide things from them - and I find it stressful to not have one.

I thought for sure I was out this month, but I swear there is a pink line? 🤞🏼😭 All my other tests up until now have been stark negative so I don’t think this an evap. Any thoughts? Is this too faint?
