Any difference between Pepti 1, Nutramigen Puramino and Neocate?

Just wanted to understand if there is any difference between Nutramigen Puramino, Neocate and Aptamil Pepti 1? My little girl just on second day of Nutramigen and she would not take it (can only imagine if taste is same as the smell 😩) Any good paediatric nutritionist to recommend? Thanks

Yes they are different. My child couldn’t take aptamil pepti 1, she was still poorly on it and make her stomach really bad. She’s on nutramigen now and is so much better. You can put a drop of vanilla extract in it to make it taste better, my doctor and health visitor recommended this x

literally any shop bought one. Not sure where you are in the world but places like Tesco, Asda do them near me, all the supermarkets xx

OK, just wondering if the extract you use is an organic / baby safe one, that's why I asked 🙂

If adding vanilla extract, look for one without any alcohol in.
In the UK there is Dr Oetker x

Sorry mommy’s I’m a year late but here I am at 20 past 12 at night wide awake because my baby is really unsettled as he won’t take his aptamil pepti. I’ve put a couple of drops of vanilla extract in and he will not take it! He has two sips realises it’s not kendamil and spits the bottle out! Im trying to bear with as I know it can take them some time to get used to especially being nearly 8 months old! Someone said Neocate is better as the taste and smell isn’t as bad as aptamil pepti is this true? X

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?
