My little one is struggling with sleep

Hey! I'm in need of some advice please girls! My little boy is 20 months turns 21 months in 2 half weeks. He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

3 month routine.

I know routines are hard at this age but does anyone have somewhat of a structure to their day with their LO? I. E when does LO nap and for how long and when do they go to sleep.
My LO is a bad sleeper with multiple wake ups during the night. I’m really deliberating whether it’s because of the naps he’s having during the day. I usually allow him to have one long contact nap in the morning (to make sure he’s not groggy for the rest of the day) his other naps are usually short and I put him down for them. I also like to hold him for his last nap so he’s not overtired and I can put him down for bedtime easier. He falls asleep anywhere between 7-8:30pm depending on how the day has gone.
Any tips / advice would be v helpful!

Second time mums..how?

My almost 4 week old doesn’t go down to sleep until 10:30-11pm, she has a few wakes which is fine, but the last block somehow kill’s me off. Her last wake is around 5:30/6am ish and it seems to take me the longest to settle her back to sleep at this hour and by the time I’ve finished my 3.5 year old is ready to talk my ear off at 7am prompt and ofc needs personal care and breakfast.

I’ve been able to rest as luckily my partner is still on leave, but I am anxiously anticipating his return to work and don’t know how I’ll do it!! 3 days of the week we will have to be out the door to the childminder, but the rest of the 4 he’s home with me😬.

How are we getting through the mornings/days with our eldest whilst sleep deprived?!
Any tips are welcome

4 month regression

Checking if your babies who are going through sleep regression also waking up before their usual time in the morning (apart from multiple wakings through the night). My LO used to sleep so well from 9 PM to 9 AM with one tiny feed at around 4/5 am. This bedtime works very well for our family. Now that the regression has hit us hard, she is waking up 3 or 4 times and then finally waking up fully alert and cheery around 7.30 am (1-1.5 hrs earlier than usual). Is this happening with you? Do you fully wake them up and start the day or just ride through this time till they are ready to sleep again? Sorry for the long post!

Looking for ideas!

What are we all using for sleep downstairs for baby no.2? Baby no.1 will be 18 months so worried about a Moses basket etc not being very sturdy!
