3 month routine.

I know routines are hard at this age but does anyone have somewhat of a structure to their day with their LO? I. E when does LO nap and for how long and when do they go to sleep.
My LO is a bad sleeper with multiple wake ups during the night. I’m really deliberating whether it’s because of the naps he’s having during the day. I usually allow him to have one long contact nap in the morning (to make sure he’s not groggy for the rest of the day) his other naps are usually short and I put him down for them. I also like to hold him for his last nap so he’s not overtired and I can put him down for bedtime easier. He falls asleep anywhere between 7-8:30pm depending on how the day has gone.
Any tips / advice would be v helpful!

I dont know if this is useful: dont have a routine per se, but I follow the nap suggestions I get from Huckleberry. It sort of runs my life 😅 it defines the wake windows based on the naps Ive tracked in the past. As this is my only child and I'm on maternity, I dont have anything to really get done/get to by any specific times. My life revolves around baby sleeping. So the routine is pretty much a nap every 1.5h.

Not sure if thats good tbh for me, but baby is happy and sleeps well now, w a long first stretch (7h50min yesterday!), and then a 2nd stretch after a night feed.
But on the flip side, I have no life 🤷‍♀️

Wake up between 6-7 have a feed awake and play (7-8)
Asleep 2 hours (8-10)
Feed and play (10-12) normally fights nap.
Sleep 3 hours (12-3)
Feed and play (3-5)
Nap 1.5 hour ( 5 -7 )
Feed and bedtime

This does vary at times but rough routine

Why are newborns so noisy when sleeping?

They say sleep when your baby sleeps, but how are you supposed to do that when you constantly end up checking because the noises they are making sound like a literal demonic possession. My daughter woke for a feed during the night, I changed her and fed her and popped her back into her cot once she was asleep but then proceeded to spend the next half hour turning on the night light and checking if she was still asleep due to the noises and movement coming from her next to me. By the time I get back to sleep she will be nearing her next wake window 😅

Leaking overnight

My little lady is 4.5 months and has just started sleeping through the night (last 2weeks) she’s in size 2 pampers or size 3 supermarket own as they’re smaller.
I’ve pried pampers, Morrisons, Aldi nappies and through the night she’s leaking. Any recommendations, please?

Postpartum Hairloss

Hello mommas
I am 3 months postpartum and am dealing with hair loss. I’m talking about loosing clumps of hair in the shower or even brushing it when it’s dry. Tbh i don’t feel like me anymore, but i understand that there’s a new version of me now (the mommy me) I wanted to ask, what are some tips/tricks you guys have for dealing with hair loss? From oils, to vitamins, to treatments, at home remedies, etc. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you

4 month regression

Checking if your babies who are going through sleep regression also waking up before their usual time in the morning (apart from multiple wakings through the night). My LO used to sleep so well from 9 PM to 9 AM with one tiny feed at around 4/5 am. This bedtime works very well for our family. Now that the regression has hit us hard, she is waking up 3 or 4 times and then finally waking up fully alert and cheery around 7.30 am (1-1.5 hrs earlier than usual). Is this happening with you? Do you fully wake them up and start the day or just ride through this time till they are ready to sleep again? Sorry for the long post!
