Hello mommas
I am 3 months postpartum and am dealing with hair loss. I’m talking about loosing clumps of hair in the shower or even brushing it when it’s dry. Tbh i don’t feel like me anymore, but i understand that there’s a new version of me now (the mommy me) I wanted to ask, what are some tips/tricks you guys have for dealing with hair loss? From oils, to vitamins, to treatments, at home remedies, etc. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you

I didn’t do it, but I have heard people say to take the prenatal vitamins and it might help. Idk if you have to be taking them from the time you give birth or not though

I took my prenatals periodically and felt like it helped. I heard the hair loss is totally normal its just the follicles releasing the hairs you would have lost when you were pregnant. I'm 7 months pp and I feel like the hair loss is normal now and I have baby hairs coming in! It's gonna be okay!! ❤️

Sadly it’s incredibly normal. I lost hair during my first pregnancy and during post partum. It took about 2 years to fully fix tbh. Nightmare!
I’m 4 months PP with my second right now and it’s starting again.
There isn’t much you can do to prevent it as it’s caused by your hormones shifting but you can support hair health by taking vitamins, drinking water and a clean diet etc x
Hi, I’m just wanting to ask those who have had epidurals during child birth. How were they for you, are you pleased you had one, what was recovery like etc. ♥️

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a bit of advice/reassurance from anyone who’s experienced something similar.
My baby girl is 8 days old and I’m currently combination feeding, breastfeeding, expressed milk and formula. I’ve really been trying to establish breastfeeding over the last couple of days, but it’s been a struggle since she was born.
She hasn’t had a poo for about a day and a half, and I’m wondering whether this could mean she isn’t getting enough milk directly from me. I’ve been giving expressed milk and formula this afternoon so I can keep an eye on exactly how much she’s taking.
She seems otherwise completely well — her temperature is fine, she’s feeding every few hours, sleeping well between wake windows, isn’t showing any obvious discomfort and her tummy isn’t hard.
I’ve already spoken to the midwife about it a couple of days ago and I’ll be speaking to them again tomorrow morning, but I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s experienced something similar, especially with it being overnight. ❤️

I’ve been seeing online lots of different opinions on bathing your baby everyday. I stopped bathing my baby everyday because I saw lots of info on how it’s bad for their skin etc and now bath mine every other day unless of course it’s a hot day or she’s been sicky/pooey or just got messy. (She gets a clean down before bed and always has fresh pjs and sheets changed regularly). However, lots of the comments say how older babies to toddlers should bath everyday and how it’s disgusting to not do it everyday? I’m
So torn and now worried that I should have been bathing her everyday and feel bad about it. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated?

Is this normal.. I gave birth beginning of July and as soon as I felt ready to have sex I’ve communicated to my partner,
Since then nothing, he’s not even trying.. I don’t understand I feel like he doesn’t want to have sex with me anymore..
Moms how long after did you have your first sexual encounter.? Just wondering I know we are all different..

Hi I’m 38 weeks on Saturday. I’m just wondering if there’s a reason why people collect colostrum and store until baby is born. I haven’t had any leakage so I’m wondering if I can just wait until baby is born to pop on the boob or if there’s a reason for why you should hand express and collect before hand?
