I can tell you what mine is not doing overnight… and that is sleeping! Starting our 7th week of the regression and hourly or less wakeups. Contact nap in the day and trying to play around with that to see if it improves the night sleep at all.

Nights have been awful for 2 weeks. Last night was the first time I was able to settle her in the cot without getting her out for cuddles/rocking, but she still needed reassurance every hour-2 hours. Day naps we've just today managed to have 40 mins nap 1 in the cot and 30 mins nap 2 in cot, both finished as contact naps. Every nap since she was 4 weeks old has been a pure contact nap due to her hip harness so this is a massive win for us today!! Terrified though because last time sleep started going really well it came crashing down tenfold a week later 😂

40 min day naps, usually 4. Night is 7pm-5am (quick feed and back down) 7am wake

Usully 4 naps anywhere between 10-50 mins in the cot or pram, or 1h30ish if it's a contact nap and I feed back to sleep. Nights vary loads. 2 nights this week she has only woken once for a quick feed and other nights shes been up hourly!

We were waking hourly most nights with the occasional 2 hour stretch. Now we’re cutting our bottom two teeth so we’re up every 20 mins for several cycles until we get a 1-1.5 hour stretch then back to every 20 mins 😭 we’ve had 3 nights of that and praying the teeth will fully cut within the next day or two 😴
What products and types of Medicine do people recommended ,my little boy is 6 weeks so I know it’s to early but I want to be prepared and have what I need in now for the winter season so I don’t have to then sort it at the time ,anything people recommend for colds ,teething etc

I know routines are hard at this age but does anyone have somewhat of a structure to their day with their LO? I. E when does LO nap and for how long and when do they go to sleep.
My LO is a bad sleeper with multiple wake ups during the night. I’m really deliberating whether it’s because of the naps he’s having during the day. I usually allow him to have one long contact nap in the morning (to make sure he’s not groggy for the rest of the day) his other naps are usually short and I put him down for them. I also like to hold him for his last nap so he’s not overtired and I can put him down for bedtime easier. He falls asleep anywhere between 7-8:30pm depending on how the day has gone.
Any tips / advice would be v helpful!

My almost 4 week old doesn’t go down to sleep until 10:30-11pm, she has a few wakes which is fine, but the last block somehow kill’s me off. Her last wake is around 5:30/6am ish and it seems to take me the longest to settle her back to sleep at this hour and by the time I’ve finished my 3.5 year old is ready to talk my ear off at 7am prompt and ofc needs personal care and breakfast.
I’ve been able to rest as luckily my partner is still on leave, but I am anxiously anticipating his return to work and don’t know how I’ll do it!! 3 days of the week we will have to be out the door to the childminder, but the rest of the 4 he’s home with me😬.
How are we getting through the mornings/days with our eldest whilst sleep deprived?!
Any tips are welcome

Was wondering if anyone has used these and if they’re worth it? They’re around £25 a bottle but are meant to good?

What are we all using for sleep downstairs for baby no.2? Baby no.1 will be 18 months so worried about a Moses basket etc not being very sturdy!
